Mactrain Personal Training and Player Development, was created after my retirement
from the NFL to continue my passion for fitness and helping others attain healthy
lifestyles. It is a program that encompasses a wide variety of training modalities in a
circuit and interval style workout; combining indoor/outdoor training with Resistance,
Cardio, Speed, Agility, Quickness and Football based training movements suitable for
anyone. I enjoy training with creative movements, intense exercises, proprioceptive
environments and core dominate workouts moving clients out of their comfort zones;
working to strengthen total mind and body.
MacTrain LLC. really puts an emphasis on increasing neuromuscular efficiency aligning
the nervous system (reaction time, coordination, balance) and muscular system (muscles,
joints, ligaments) to communicate more effectively for optimal movement. I specialize in
working within each client’s proper heart rate zone; after testing their “Readiness to
Train” (including max/resting heart rate) I calculate the proper starting heart rate zone to
properly assess, track and maximize workouts for each session.
